For years, we have traveled the world discovering exceptional destinations, meeting remarkable people, enjoying legendary bourbons, wines, rums, and cognacs, and exploring the coffee-growing regions that produce some of the world's most celebrated beans.
That journey has led us to the creation of the Distillery Channel World Reserve Collection.
This is not coffee produced for the mass market.
It is a carefully curated collection of rare and exceptional coffees sourced from renowned growing regions such as Hawaii's Big Island, Papua New Guinea, Costa Rica, Bali, Jamaica, and other extraordinary origins as they become available.
Working closely with respected coffee importers and master coffee roasters, we personally evaluate and roast each coffee in small batches. We source premium green coffee beans from farms and cooperatives that value freshness, quality, and fair trade practices, ensuring every roast reflects the character of its origin.
Our World Reserve Collection is inspired by the same pursuit of excellence found in the world's finest bourbons, wines, rums, and cognacs. Every coffee is selected not simply for its quality, but for the story it tells, the place it comes from, and the experience it delivers.
Each release is intentionally limited, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship rather than volume. Every bag represents our commitment to sourcing exceptional coffees and roasting them with the same care and attention that has defined the Distillery Channel from the beginning.
